1. Organization responsible
Propre Immeuble Inc. is responsible for personal information under its control. The person responsible for the protection of personal information can be reached at contact@propreimmeuble.ca or 514-447-5435.
2. Information collected
Forms may collect a name, contact information, postal code, description of the home, operational constraints, service preferences, consents and a message. Job applications also include a resume, travel areas and availability. Property manager requests include the company, role, city, number of units and objective. Technical information necessary for security and operation may also be processed.
3. Purposes
This information is used to answer your request, verify the service area, plan capacity, process a job application or partnership request, prepare activation, provide and follow up on the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse and protect company operations. Marketing communications rely on separate, optional consent.
4. Collection limits
Do not send a password, permanent access code, banking information or medical data through a general form or unsecured email.
5. Providers and hosting
The site uses hosting and storage infrastructure provided by OpenAI and Cloudflare. Job-application files are stored separately from the public area. Optional access to the internal administration uses Sign in with ChatGPT. With consent, the site records limited journey events without contact information to identify drop-offs and errors. No third-party advertising tool is active in this version.
6. Retention
Booking, contact and partnership requests are kept for the time needed to process them and for up to 24 months for commercial or operational follow-up, unless another obligation applies. An unsuccessful job application is kept for up to 6 months; with separate consent for future positions, it may be kept for up to 24 months. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized under internal procedures.
7. Client-account authentication
Passwordless sign-in is provided through Supabase. A session token may be stored in your browser. After the session is validated, the site displays only the latest request whose email matches the authenticated account. The website form never asks for a secret key or password.
8. Your rights and requests
To ask a question, request access, correction or deletion of information under our control, withdraw optional consent or submit a complaint, email contact@propreimmeuble.ca.
9. Security and limits
Administrative and technical measures limit access to information based on job functions. No system eliminates all risk; confirmed incidents are handled under applicable obligations. Security decisions and providers are reassessed as real payments and accounts are activated.
10. Updates
This policy may be updated as tools, services or applicable requirements evolve. The displayed date identifies the current version.
