How many visits are included?
Your plan includes one scheduled visit every week. The monthly price covers four visits. When your usual service day occurs five times in a month, the fifth visit is included at no extra charge.
How do the first two free visits work?
Eligible new clients can enter code DECOUVERTE2 to request their first two visits at no charge. The offer is limited to one use per client and address. Regular billing begins after those two visits, under the terms accepted before activation.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. We provide our standard products and basic equipment. Tell us about any preferences or sensitivities before the first visit.
Can I manage my service online?
You can already sign in without a password to view your latest request. Visits, the assigned cleaner, invoices and pause, cancellation or cleaner-change actions will be added after route confirmation and the Stripe connection.
