How many visits are included?
Every plan includes exactly four visits per month. Condo includes 1 hour on site; Essential and Standard include 1 hour 30 minutes. Premium Duo includes two professionals working for 1 hour on site per visit, totaling 8 combined labour hours per month. A fifth visit is not included.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
Assigned staff follow your routine; Premium Duo includes a team of two professionals. An exceptional replacement may be necessary because of an absence, leave or operational constraint; we notify you as soon as possible.
Do I need to provide supplies?
No. We provide our standard products and basic equipment. Tell us about any preferences or sensitivities before the first visit.
Can I manage my service online?
You can sign in without a password to view your request, visits, assigned cleaner and invoices. The account also lets you manage contact details, your payment method, and pause, cancellation, reactivation or change requests.
