Is a student moving out? Their replacement can be added after verification without transferring the former occupant’s personal or payment information.

Does your apartment refer another student home? After the new group’s first paid month, each apartment receives a $25 credit.

What to know before signing up.
Is it $149.99 per student?
No. This is the Essential plan’s total monthly apartment price before tax. With three people, the illustrative split is about $50 each per month.
What does the price include?
The Essential plan includes four scheduled visits per month, standard products and equipment, and essential cleaning for the kitchen, bathroom, accessible surfaces and floors.
Can everyone pay their share directly?
At launch, Propre Immeuble bills one account holder. Roommates arrange their cost split among themselves.
I live alone. Can I apply?
Yes. A student living alone can request Coloc Campus. The complete plan remains $149.99 per month before tax; the shared calculation does not apply.
How is student status verified?
A school email or valid proof of enrolment may be requested before activation. No identity document is requested through the public form.
What happens when a roommate leaves?
The account holder reports the change. The new occupant confirms eligibility and the apartment record is updated without receiving the previous occupant’s data.
